Cortex Flow Digital builds websites, SaaS platforms, digital products and internal software for companies worldwide — with a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date written into the contract.

A typical agency quote

Thank you for reaching out. Based on our initial understanding of your requirements, we would estimate a timeline of approximately 3–6 months depending on scope, complexity and the finalisation of specifications. Pricing will be shared post discovery.

If the scope changes, the price and the date change in writing — before the work starts, not after the invoice.

Most software projects die in the estimate.

We'll need to scope that out properly before committing…
Ballpark? Somewhere between 3 and 6 months.
Happy to share pricing once we've completed discovery and aligned on the roadmap. Depending on requirements…
Final cost subject to change.

You've read six proposals. Every one says "depending on requirements." None of them says when it will be live.

A date can't be padded. Two weeks in, you'll know.

How your idea becomes working software.

Same three steps whether it's a landing page or a two-year platform.

1

One call, thirty minutes.

You describe the problem. We ask three questions and tell you honestly whether we're the right team — including when we aren't.

What are we building? 10 min
What's it worth to you? 10 min
When must it be live? 10 min

A plan you can sign.

Within five working days: written scope, fixed price, delivery date. No decks, no discovery invoice, no "subject to change."

Working software every two weeks.

A link you can click and test, not a status report about progress you can't see. Code and accounts end up in your name.

Sprint 3 · Billing In build

Works for startups, established businesses, agencies and internal IT teams.

Open your tracker to progress, not promises.

Every client gets a live board: what shipped, what's building, what's next, and who's holding it up.

What shipped this sprint

Calendar rewritten against the clinic's real availability rules, so double-bookings can't happen. Checkout dropped from five steps to three. Tested on 41 live clinic accounts, staging link sent Tuesday, signed off Thursday. Booking abandonment fell from 38% to 12% in the first week.

Six things we do, and what you end up with.

No packages or tiers. You describe the problem; we quote the shortest honest route to solving it.

Custom software

Internal tools, dashboards, portals and integrations built around how your team already works, instead of bending your team around someone else's product.

A system staff use daily

Websites & e-commerce

Marketing sites, catalogues and stores that load fast, rank and sell. WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify or custom — whichever you can actually maintain.

A site you can edit yourself

SaaS platforms

From first prototype to accounts, billing, permissions and multi-tenant infrastructure. We take products from a document to paying subscribers.

A product with subscribers

Digital products

Plugins, browser extensions, mobile apps and tools built to be sold — on marketplaces or straight from your own site, licensing included.

A listing that earns

Growth marketing

Search, landing pages, lifecycle email and paid campaigns, measured against revenue rather than impressions — run by the people who built the product.

A pipeline you can measure

Managed IT

Hosting, monitoring, backups, security patching and helpdesk, with a named engineer who answers — not a ticket queue that swallows you.

Uptime you stop thinking about

Three ways to work with us.

Pick the one that matches how settled your requirements are.

Fixed project

Known shape

$4,000 and up

Best when you can describe the finished thing: a site, a store, an app, a migration.

  • Scope and price agreed up front
  • Delivery date in the contract
  • 30 days of fixes included
  • Typically 3–10 weeks
Get a build plan
Monthly retainer · most chosen

Always shipping

$2,500 / month

Best for products that keep moving: a live SaaS, an active store, ongoing marketing.

  • A set number of build days each month
  • You direct the queue, week by week
  • Priority support in business hours
  • Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice
Start a retainer
Team extension

Our people, your stack

$22 / hour

Best when you have a roadmap and not enough people to build it.

  • Full-time engineers, designers or QA
  • Your tools, your repo, your standups
  • Scale up or down with two weeks' notice
  • Three-month minimum
Talk about a team

Need something bigger? Enterprise builds are quoted per project after the scope call — same rule, the number doesn't move afterwards.

Questions

What if the scope changes halfway through?
We write a change note: what's being added, what it costs, what it does to the date. You approve it before we build it. Nothing appears on an invoice you haven't already seen.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Most of our work is outside India. We keep working hours that overlap the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and everything runs in writing so nothing depends on catching a call.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day one. At handover the repository, hosting, domains and every third-party account are transferred into your name. No licence fee, no lock-in, no hostage accounts.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. We start with a paid two-day audit of the existing code and infrastructure, then tell you plainly whether it's cheaper to continue it or restart it. Roughly half the time we recommend continuing.
What technologies do you use?
Whatever you can maintain after we leave. In practice: PHP/Laravel and WordPress, Node and React, Python, Swift for iOS, and AWS or DigitalOcean for hosting. We won't pick something exotic just to make the build interesting.
How do payments work?
Fixed projects are split 50% to start and 50% on delivery, with larger builds broken into milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We invoice in USD, EUR, GBP or INR.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of fixes are included with every project. After that you can move to a support retainer, keep us on call hourly, or run it in-house with the documentation we hand over — all three are fine.
How soon can you start?
Scope calls are usually available inside a week. Build slots typically open two to four weeks out, and we'll tell you the real date rather than holding you with a maybe.

Not every button needs to book a call.

Send three lines about what's broken. You'll get a real answer inside one business day.

Tell us what's broken, or what you want built.

The short version is enough. We reply within one business day with either a scope call invite or an honest referral somewhere better.
